Venue

All lectures will take place at the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics,
acad. Semyonov av., 1a, Chernogolovka, Moscow Region

Chernogolovka is a small town 50km away from Moscow.

Here is an interactive  MAP  with important locations pinned.
Here is a kml-file containing all pins -- you can use it to import our Cherngolovka map pins to your preferred map app. We recommend the open-source app maps.me -- it works offline and provides the best map of Chernogolovka's many walkways.

There are a few ways to reach Chernogolovka:

Bus:
There is a bus terminal near Shchyolkovskaya metro station, buses 320, 320э and 360 go to Chernogolovka. The ticket is ~100₽. Travel time is ~1hr for 360, 320э and ~1:20 for 320 (more stops). Buses depart approx. twice an hour. Schedules are available here. Note that travel times and schedule are sensitive to traffic, 30min delays are common.

Taxi:
A Taxi from Moscow to Chernogolovka costs from 1000 to 2500₽ or more depending on location, taxi company, traffic, price surges. Uber and Yandex Taxi dominate Moscow (of international companies Gett works as well). If you travel from SVO airport, taxi is worth considering.

Train+bus:
From Yaroslavsky railway station in Moscow (Komsomolskaya metro station) take a train to Chkalovksaya station (40-60 mins depending on train type). The train should be heading for either Monino (Монино) or Fryazevo (Фрязево) [not Fryazino (Фрязино)!]. From Chkalovskaya station take any of the buses 320,320э,360 to Chernogolovka. This combined route is more elaborate and slightly more expensive than bus-only, but can be more comfortable and quicker.
